It most definitely was overhyped, but it’s still extremely fun IMO. I got my PS3 a few weeks ago and Destiny is my only game (and my first real FPS also).

I dont think anyone here owns it. I havent turned my PS3 on since GTAV leaked.

Bummer. Did my first 3 man strike the other day and the folks I was with didn’t have a mic. I was thinking that it’d be a blast playing with friends and chatting it up.

I played it awhile back when it first came out for about a few weeks. After level 20 it becomes a chore to try and level up, not to mention you have to whore your friendlist out for raids. I also got addicted and had 3 characters at lv28 after I stopped. lol
It was totally overhyped. The older footage of the game looked much better – like it actually had a story.
