I’ll go first:
Every time you swallow some saliva/mucus you also swallow some of your own dead cells. At the time it may see like a small amount, but it adds up… Every three months you swallow and digest about the equivalent of your own body weight; eventually adding up to you practically eating yourself three hundred thirty two times, over the course of a average life span (83 years).
