Museums and Galleries
-
I went to the Whitney Museum of American Art to check out the Whitney Biennial and I have to say I quite enjoyed the experience, being that it was my first time to an art gallery (which is sad tbh).
I can’t say all of the pieces were appealing to my taste, but most if not all were beautiful in their own right! Definitely have a gust of inspiration under my wings after seeing all the pieces there. I didn’t get to see the 5th floor though, which contains American legends such as Georgia O’Keeffe! Also my phone died when I was there, so I couldn’t take any pictures, but here are some from a Google image search:
Not sure if any of you guys go to museums, or galleries, but if you do come share your experience here!

Yo dawg I heard you like pictures so I took pictures of pictures so you could look at pictures while looking at pictures.

Good god man, what’s wrong with you. I thought you lived in New Jersey, which is near NYC, and there’s so so many great art galleries there. I’m pretty sure there’s a Sargent exhibition going on over there too at the moment, makes me jelly. Only decent exhibition that came to my city was some Da Vinci sketches couple years ago, but damn son, my dick almost exploded. Pretty sure the staff thought I was planning a robbery I spent so long in there walking round and round looking at them all. But yeah at least go to the Met or something you philistine.

@President_Choob m8 I know, I’m meeting up with a friend from a gfx forum so that she can tour me around every gallery she knows of. ;;
