Sony stopped working on PSP because of PSVita. Am I correct?

Anyway, I used to play games on it for about three years until Sony suddenly puts stop to it, meaning my favorite jRPGs are unable to be made worldwide release. Like .hack//LINK, for example (look at my avatar), is one of my favorite games on PSP and now it can’t make it thanks to Sony.

AGH, why don’t we kill PSVita and bring PSP back to life? Let’s go!
