These books are great - and free.
Dive into Python - For Python 2.
Dive into Python 3 - You get it.
Senpai will never notice you. You’re never going to make it.
Requests really does make HTTP usage so easy in Python; I came across and used it last week.
Iron deficiency is quite common and probably what was making you feel tired. I’m pretty sure it’s what I had at one point; I would hit all of my macros but neglect my micronutrients, making me feel shitty and weak.
The only supplements I take are omega 3 and vitamin D3. I would really recommend D3 - it does affect your mood - if you don’t get out in the sun much, and even more so for the British Winter. I track my other vitamins, minerals, fibre, sugar and sodium intakes though and get what I need through food. Iron can be hard to hit, I get over 100% the RDA just through bran flakes (cereal), eggs and spinach; although I do eat a shitload of spinach everyday - 200g.
You shouldn’t exercise for the sake of exercising; although it is better than doing nothing. Train. Have a goal in mind and train for it. I think one of the hardest things to acquire is the long-term goal mindset. If you want to bulk up and put on some muscle it isn’t going to happen quickly, having long-term vision is necessary for sticking to training. Lift long enough and eventually something will just click, it no longer becomes a chore and more because you enjoy it. The compound movement patterns start to feel like second nature and you’ll start to feel like you actually know what you’re doing.
The sooner you start the sooner you’ll be where you want to be.

That clears up a lot, cheers guys.
I may try fixing this YLOD but I’m not too confident it can be. In my experience the PS3 has a far lower successful repair rate than the 360. I did actually try to fix it a couple of years ago with a reflow station but to no avail, so I don’t think this will move much further.
I know a couple of you guys have dabbled with the PS3. I have no idea what the current state of the scene is like - I don’t know what models can be modified, what software version are required, if other hardware is required to downgrade - so my question is, would somebody that knows these answers please give me a rundown?
I have a 60GB backwards compatible phat PS3 (the one I got from your mate Scuzzy, it still has YLOD and after having it for 3-4 years I’ve finally decided to fix it ). I don’t know what version it is but it’s bound to be low.
I also have a super slim, I believe that’s what it’s called anyway; the version with the sliding disk tray.
I had a quick look around and read that the super slim models cannot be modified, is this correct? Basically, if possible I’d modify the super slim, but if not I’d fix the other one and modify that.
Cheers.
@Scuzz They have an ebook version that looks good but I’ve not been able to find a download for it anywhere.
I watched Time Crimes (if I remember correctly) from Scuzzy’s list last night, would not recommend. The concept of the movie is interesting, but poorly acted.
@Almost That’s exactly how I was when I finished it haha. Such a great movie.
I might watch The Man from Nowhere tonight.
